The hundreds of homebuyers who visited Creekmoor during the recent Fall Parade of Homes were treated to a variety of new things to experience — new homes, new home sites and new phases.

And they were able to see the new award-winning model at 926 Creekmoor Drive. This reverse 1 1/2-story plan by C & M Builders garnered Pick of the Parade Grand and Distinctive Plan and Design awards.

Buyers who didn’t make it to Creekmoor during the Parade can still visit to see a variety of available homes daily. Many are finished, allowing buyers to move in time for the holidays.

Creekmoor, a master-planned community anchored and designed around the 108-acre fishing and boating Creekmoor Lake and the acclaimed Creekmoor 18-hole championship golf course, is experiencing continued growth at a lively pace.

Creekmoor has a raised level of excitement with a new maintenance-provided villa neighborhood just announced. It offers 23 home sites near the Creekmoor clubhouse including golf course, wooded and cul-de-sac sites. These villas, exclusively built by the award-winning SAB Homes Inc., will be priced from the upper $200,000s to the mid $300,000s.

Several homes are available in Creekmoor’s numerous distinctive neighborhoods with varying completion dates to meet a variety of timelines.

Edgewater III, which is almost built out has two of C & M Builders Inc.’s popular 1 1/2-story Wetherford I and Wetherford II plans being built on wooded walkout sites. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Wetherford I plan is move-in ready and the larger Wetherford II is in an early stage of construction with time to make decor selections.

Edgewater IV offers 23 estate size home sites on the northwest point of Creekmoor Lake. This phase offers lakefront, lake view, golf and wooded lots. Many of these lots allow for walkout lower levels. These home sites have remarkable views at affordable prices.

Sallee Homes Inc. has three new models in Edgewater IV ranging in price from the low to mid $400,000s. Three plans are being offered, reverse 1 1/2-story, two-story and 1 1/2-story plans. King Homes Inc. will soon be starting construction of its popular reverse 1 1/2-story plans with lakefront and lake view sites. Prices will be in the mid $400,000s to mid $500,000s. Signature Builders Inc. also will be starting two spec homes in Edgewater IV.

The Westbrook IX neighborhood has approximately 14 remaining new walkout golf home sites. Award-winning C & M Builders Inc. is the exclusive builder in this neighborhood where home sites are priced from the mid $70,000s to upper $80,000s.

Besides the six new build jobs underway, there are two newly completed C & M 1 1/2-story reverse plans. The 3,400-square-foot Wellington features four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, is on a site backing to the golf course and is offered at $497,633. The popular Pinebrook National, also backing to the golf course, will be priced in the mid $500,000s.

In the Westbrook X neighborhood, 20 home sites starting at $52,900 are now available. Several wooded cul-de-sac, golf, walkout and partially walkout options are waiting. Already C & M Builders has several build jobs in progress and SAB Homes LLC is building two spec homes, the popular Riviera 1 1/2-story reverse and The Stratoga 1 1/2-story, both to be completed early 2016.

Social activities at Creekmoor are booming with the recent announcement of the new general manager at Creekmoor Golf Club, Rick Scott, formerly of Loch Lloyd.
