Cedar Creek builder focuses on building ‘superior homes at competitive price’
Homeowners agree that one of the most enticing features of Cedar Creek is the impressive variety of available homes, the creations of a renowned building team that includes some of the best builders in Kansas City.
Within Cedar Creek’s architecturally diverse neighborhoods, prospective homeowners will find a range of floor plans and home styles that feature timeless designs complemented by the latest fixtures and finishes. After graduating from Kansas State University, Roeser Homes’ founder, Austin Roeser, was struck by an idea: that building a home should no longer be a frustrating, fear-driven process that kept families from creating a custom-built home.

The Roeser Homes team has built a number of homes throughout Cedar Creek, including a stately model home in the community’s newest neighborhood, The Crossings at Southglen. Located at 11121 S. Hastings St., the two-story Chloe features four bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms, along with an open concept that’s ideal for home entertaining. The main floor includes a dining room and an office that flows uninterrupted into the kitchen. On the second floor, a spacious master bedroom offers a sumptuous retreat complete with a luxurious bathroom and an ample walk-in closet.
Elsewhere in Cedar Creek, a number of speculative homes are in varying stages of completion in several neighborhoods, including the Woods of Southglen, Shadow Highlands and the luxurious North Shore Estates — several of which are Roeser Homes’ creations. Prospective homeowners are also welcome to work with one of Cedar Creek’s builders to create a custom home.
Although the quality-built homes are undoubtedly the center of attention at Cedar Creek, the community’s impressive array of amenities is equally enticing. Cedar Creek homeowners Matt and Rachelle Hirsch and their family have plans to use the amenities even more frequently next year.
