A special “Fall into Savings” incentive has attracted a wide array of prospective homebuyers to Leabrooke Town Manor, a new, luxurious and peaceful maintenance-provided community in Leawood just off Kenneth Road and 148th Street.
Through it, both the Leabrooke master and Leabrooke Town Manor HOA dues will be paid by the developer through the end of 2016 with a signed contract on any home by Oct. 31, 2015.

Prospective buyers during the Fall Parade of Homes will also find new reverse floor plans including three new walkout designs just introduced to the market. Among them is a Pick of the Parade Runner-up at 14849 Meadow Lane.
With buyers having the choice between 1 1/2-story, reverses, daylight and walkout lower levels, there is a design to meet a wide range of buyers from single professionals, to families with young children, empty-nesters and retirees interested in a maintenance-provided lifestyle.
