It took some nine months and a sizable budget to construct, but the monumental entryway to Rodrock Development’s Stonebridge is now complete. A beautiful mix of stonework, archways, flowing water, trees and green space, the monument marks entry into Rodrock Development’s largest community to date.

Comprised of four different neighborhoods — Stonebridge Meadows, Stonebridge Trails, Stonebridge Park and Stonebridge Village — the community now has an entrance worthy of this fantastic locale … and just in time for the Fall Parade of Homes.

Such an investment is indicative of all that Darol Rodrock pours into his communities; not just financially, but in foresight and genuine care and respect for homeowners and their home investment.

“Darol had a distinct vision for this monument and wanted it to be such that the families would be proud to drive by on their way home,” said Tom Langhofer, general manager of Rodrock Development. “It’s even the perfect backdrop for family pictures!”

Ann Knickrehm, a longtime Rodrock Development marketing agent and community manager at Stonebridge Meadows, thinks it’s astounding that Rodrock designed such a gorgeous gateway monument and fountain and had it built and landscaped in just a few short months.

“It truly is an amazing tiered waterfall incorporating the beautiful stone bridge, park space and elaborate landscaping,” Knickrehm said. “As visitors travel from any direction to the 167th and Mur-Len Road roundabout, this spectacular bridge and waterfall come into view. Certainly sets us apart from all of the surrounding subdivisions!”

Joan Jacquin, Rodrock Development marketing agent for Stonebridge Trails, has excitedly watched the progress of the monument. “The residents are amazed by it, and I had a group come in yesterday just to show off their houses but especially the monument,” she said. “Later in the day, there were three groups of folks down there: A little boy and his grandmother on their bikes, an older gentleman and a young mother with her child in the stroller. I visited with them and they loved what they were seeing!”

“The new Stonebridge monument is absolutely magnificent!” agrees Anita Hadel, the Rodrock Development marketing agent for Stonebridge Village.

“The new monument turned out absolutely beautiful,” seconded Joe Stephenson, Rodrock marketing agent at Stonebridge Trails. “We’re all so proud of how all four of the Stonebridge communities come together, and the new monument is an amazing centerpiece that these great communities deserve to have as the first impression you get driving up Mur-Len.”

And the timing couldn’t be more ideal; with the Fall Parade of Homes, Stonebridge is ready to welcome hundreds of curious homebuyers through its streets from Oct. 3 through Oct. 18. This one-of-a-kind neighborhood has seven homes throughout its four communities on the Parade, and its agents are thrilled to show off the best that Rodrock Developments have to offer.

“The Fall Parade is an exciting time of year, we have so much to offer at Stonebridge Trails, including a gorgeous two-story by Gabriel Homes with a spacious five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.” said Stephenson. “It’s great getting to showcase our homes and amenities to people who might not be out viewing if it weren’t for a homes tour.”

In Stonebridge Meadows, for instance, Knickrehm loves the chance to let Parade-goers tour Chris George Homes’ Hawthorne II. “Everyone has loved the Hawthorne II plan. The open living spaces, attention to detail, all of the ‘wow’ factors buyers are looking for in their first or their next new home … granite counters, beautiful tile surround in kitchen and baths, great work space, large pantry, beautiful trim detail and well-appointed master suite. This home also serves as our sales office, and what a gorgeous space to work in!”

Stonebridge Village, meantime, hosts a reverse 1 1/2-story Carriage House by Darol Rodrock Homes. This charming home offers vaulted ceilings, a built-in workstation, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the larger Stonebridge community at an extremely affordable price. Tour-goers will be pleasantly surprised to find this model comes standard with many features typically only included in more expensive homes.

Stonebridge Park has an exciting four homes on Parade, boasting everything from 1 1/2-story, reverse 1 1/2-story and two-story models. Such beautiful touches, including luscious hardwood floors, see-through fireplaces, expansive patios with fire pits, and other amazing upgrades, make these homes a must-see. And the fact that they’re built by some of area’s top builders — including K.C. Builders & Design Inc., Hilmann Home Building Inc., D & M Homes Inc., and James Engle Custom Homes — means that these homes have been built to the most exacting of standards.

Incomparable price points, unparalleled amenities and unmatched value protection: all three are trademarks of Stonebridge. All these communities promise protected home value and a slew of amenities never before offered in this price range.

“We have four pools, two nicely-appointed club houses — one with a fitness center — several sports courts, and children’s play areas, all for just $500 a year,” said Robyn Schraden, a Rodrock Development marketing agent for Stonebridge Meadows. “Residents are thrilled they have choices whether they are going swimming, planning get-togethers, or want to go work out and not have to pay the expense of a fitness center.”

An expansive trail system links all four neighborhoods, offering residents an easy way to visit friends and make use of the extended development’s impressive four pools, various playgrounds and more. In fact, Stonebridge boasts a junior Olympic-size pool and water slide; zero-entry pools and changing cabanas; pergola-covered grills; picnic areas; hard-surface sport court for basketball, tennis and volleyball; and several well-equipped children’s playgrounds.

The impressive new entrance monument? That’s just a beautiful bow on a truly incredible community. So take advantage of this year’s Fall Parade of Homes and see why residents love calling Stonebridge communities home.
