Parade awards score two touchdowns at Estates of Wolf Creek

Although the Fall Parade of Homes ended Oct. 12, it is not too late to see the award-winning entry at the Estates of Wolf Creek.

The Madison plan at 18421 W. 194th Terrace in Spring Hill, built by Wolf Creek Homes, won the two top awards in its price range, a Pick of the Parade Grand Award and a Distinctive Plan and Design First Place.

The Madison, which continues a long tradition of award-winning homes in the Estates of Wolf Creek, is a traditional-style two-story home, priced at $359,950, and features four bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The covered front porch opens to a foyer leading to the dining room and great room that share a two-sided fireplace. The island kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry and breakfast nook.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The laundry is conveniently right outside the master suite. The master bathroom has a tiled shower, soaking tub and his-and-hers vanities as well as a built-in makeup dresser and separate his-and-hers walk-in closets.

▪  The Sydney, a traditional-style reverse ranch priced at $324,950. It offers an open main level with the master suite on one side and a second bedroom and bath on the other. The great room opens to a covered deck. The island kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry. The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and recreation room, as well as a storm shelter.

▪  The Austin, a Prairie-style two-story home with an open main level, an island kitchen and a covered deck. The upper level includes the master suite, three additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.

The three model homes at the Estates of Wolf Creek are for sale and ready for immediate occupancy. Or buyers may choose from one of nine inventory homes under construction with completion dates ranging from 30 to 120 days and ample time to make decor selections.

The popular original floor plans that created the Estates of Wolf Creek’s success are among the homes under construction and include reverse, 11/2-story, ranch and two-story plans by Robert Garver Builders, Wolf Creek Homes LLC and Kelly Dunn Construction.
