Villas of Parkwood takes off with premier floor plan series by Summit Custom Homes

Following the debut of a new series of luxury residences in the spring, new-home builder Summit Custom Homes has had a busy summer in the low-maintenance Villas of Parkwood community in Lee’s Summit. The company has sold four homes there in the past 60 days, and several new homes are now under construction alongside move-in ready options as interest in the community continues to rise.

Four more luxury residences are under construction and will be move-in ready within 90 days: a 2,130-square-foot Palermo plan with a finished lower level that has four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage and is priced at $350,000; a 2,482-square-foot Catania plan with a finished lower level that has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage, priced at $402,950; a 2,787-square-foot Ravenna plan with a finished lower level, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage, priced at $399,950.

A Ravenna plan with 1,719 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage is also available at $332,950, while a Palermo plan with 1,389 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage is available for $305,000 with time still left to personalize the home with design selections.

Five exclusive floor plans are available in the Villas, each combining thoughtful space planning with luxury features. Elements such as box vault ceilings, a designer chef’s kitchen and custom tile zero-entry showers give each home rich character while details like two-panel solid roman interior doors, lever door handles and rocker light switches give added sophistication and convenience.
