A Ravenna plan with 1,719 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage is also available at $332,950, while a Palermo plan with 1,389 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage is available for $305,000 with time still left to personalize the home with design selections.
