No reserve on executive home auction by Cates Auction

These sellers are serious. Having already downsized and moved, they aren’t interested in just putting a sign in their yard and waiting indefinitely to see what happens. Instead, they decided to schedule an absolute auction and sell their home at 10 a.m. Aug. 21.
