The Spring Parade has started, 8 featured model homes now open
Spring is finally here, and “new idea” model homes are now open, featuring some of the latest design trends, colors, materials, and products on display in the ever-popular Chapel Hill model home row.
Award-winning parade entry #143 is James Engle Custom Homes’ newest floor plan entry, the Madeira Ranch at 17301 Bradshaw. The home features over 2,300 finished square feet for main floor living and enticing “must-have” details on display.
