Stoney Creek community expands with new floor plans and amenities

Building in the popular Stoney Creek community in Lee’s Summit has taken off this spring, with leading new-home builder Summit Custom Homes building a wide selection of floor plans throughout the community to accommodate the needs of any family.

The family-friendly Parkwood at Stoney Creek neighborhood has several move-in ready homes including two-story, 11/2-story, reverse 11/2-story and ranch plans.

The two-story Preston Ridge IV, one of Summit’s most popular plans, features 2,540 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage and is currently listed at $347,950.
