Highly-anticipated Cadence community now open in the Northland

The first phase of Cadence is now open and includes 63 homesites, many backing to mature trees or greenspace along three cul-de-sacs. The highly anticipated master planned community is located just west of US-169 Highway on NW Shoal Creek Parkway/108th Street in Kansas City’s Northland and will include nearly 520 single family homes across 202 acres.

With a $1,000 refundable deposit, prospective buyers may reserve their desired homesite for 30 days, giving them time to select a floor plan and work with the builder on customizations and determine pricing. Onsite community managers and ReeceNichols agents Sara Stucker and Deb DiPonio are available to assist future Cadence residents in reserving a homesite and choosing the floor plan and builder that will best meet their needs.

“When it comes to building a new home, knowing where to start can be overwhelming,” explains Sara. “We encourage those interested in building to give us a call or schedule an appointment so we can go over your questions and discuss what you’re looking for in a new home. From there, we’ll work with you to find the perfect floor plan, set a up time to meet with the builder, and offer guidance throughout the building experience.”

Cadence will feature homes built by an experienced, award-winning builder team made up of Aspen Homes, Ernst Brothers Home Construction, Hearthside Homes, IHB Homes, McFarland Custom Builders, New Mark Homes, Olympus Custom Homes, Patriot Homes, and SAB Homes. Each builder has extensive experience in the Kansas City home market, providing homeowners with a personalized, hands-on building experience and a variety of floor plans and design finishes to suit any lifestyle.

According to Sara, its convenient location and desirable amenities have been a key component to the incredible level of buyer interest in the community.

“Our phone began ringing as soon as construction began on the first phase and hasn’t stopped since,” explains Sara. “Cadence is ideally located within the top-performing North Kansas City School District, including the attendance boundaries for Staley High School. Its close proximity to major highways and thoroughfares makes it a quick commute to downtown Kansas City, KCI Airport, and a variety of nearby shopping areas and thoughtfully designed neighborhood amenities will provide the perfect place for residents to gather, relax, and play right outside their front door.”

Residents can take advantage of an integrated park and nature trail system as well as a community pool, firepit retreat, hammock garden, playground, and acres of parkland and natural areas. Additional amenities are planned to accommodate future growth of the community over the next several years.

An onsite community information center and model homes will open in 2021. Until then, interested buyers can contact the onsite agents for more information and to schedule an appointment.
