Long-awaited Spring Parade of Homes happening now in south Overland Park
There’s no question it’s been an unusual spring, but the long-awaited Parade of Homes has started and Chapel Hill homes are open to tour daily through June 28. Chapel Hill’s Parade entries include 207, 208 and 212-214.
Buyers are drawn to the award-winning community thanks to a variety of homes and thoughtfully designed floor plans by some of the area’s most accomplished builders. The magnificent south Overland Park setting is equally appealing. Chapel Hill builders have been busy on new inventory homes, giving prospective buyers an enticing variety of homes that can fit a range of move-in timelines.
This popular new home development also offers a portfolio of new homesites starting from the upper $80,000s. An additional 46 beautiful homesites were added in Chapel Hill’s fifth phase, along with four new walkout homesites in phase 6, all of which are open for reservations.
Chapel Hill Estates includes an expanded amenity package. In addition to current amenities including a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, tot lot and walking trails, homeowners will enjoy a second competition-sized swimming pool, a clubhouse in which residents can entertain guests, an expanded tot lot and a pickle ball court opening in June 2020, pending COVID-related restrictions in the state of Kansas.
“Chapel Hill is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of southern Overland Park,” said Bill Gerue with Weichert Realtors, Welch & Company, who markets the community. “We have home plans to fit nearly any lifestyle needs and we have several homes that will be available to close on in the next 30-90 days and beyond.”
