Two furnished homes open to tour in maintenance provided Staley Hills Villas
Two furnished homes are now available to tour in Staley Hills Villas, a popular option for maintenance provided living in Kansas City’s Northland.
Darnell Blacklock, ReeceNichols real estate agent and Staley Hills Villas co-community manager, has had a steady stream of potential buyers visit since the onsite information center reopened in May.
“We continue to see an increased interest in new home construction and are thrilled to have two furnished homes along with several others in various stages of construction for visitors to tour,” said Darnell. “Special precautions are in place to protect the health of our guests including regular and frequent cleaning of commonly touched surfaces, limiting one group at a time in each home, and encouraging masks be worn at all times.
