Summit Homes has revamped home design to meet the needs of a rising number of home buyers who are living with extended family and friends. With the launch of their Home Squared product line, buyers can now find a home that meets a growing need.
Summit has looked at the number of multi-generational households and saw a gap in their product offering. Demographic numbers show that more people are looking at home ownership that better fits their lifestyle and family dynamic. Home Squared plans (homesquaredkc.com) feature a second master suite with several additional options, such as a kitchenette, separate entry from the exterior of the home and a variety of design options to personalize the space. Five floor plans currently make up the Home Squared product line, with two homes under construction in Lee’s Summit, MO, and Overland Park, KS.
