While picking places to visit on the Fall Parade of Homes, be sure to include Tiffany Greens. Marketing agents Linda Ludy and Jack Platt of The Rob Ellerman Team with ReeceNichols said the four entries in this Northland community are beyond compare.

The Tiffany Greens community adjoins Tiffany Greens Golf Course and has a convenient location on Skyview Avenue just off Tiffany Springs Parkway.

The community offers classically elegant homes with a vast choice of designs and decor, as well as a wealth of amenities that bring residents together for recreation and community events, creating a true neighborhood.

Among the Parade entries is the The Molise Grande, a reverse 11/2-story plan by Casa Bella Construction, that overlooks the golf course and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is priced at $620,000.

“This house has a covered porch with a fireplace and million-dollar views of the golf course,” Ludy said. “You really need to see this house and the view. Casa Bella added unusual finishes, such as tile that looks like wood and shimmering tile back-splashes resembling flowing water. When you open the pantry door, the light goes on. This house has the master suite and another bedroom on the main level and two more bedrooms and a recreation room with a wet bar on the lower level.”

Another exceptional tour entry is Don Julian Builders’ Madison plan, also on the golf course, and priced at $646,000. This reverse 11/2-story home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The thoughtful design includes a computer nook off the breakfast room and a pass-through entry from the garage into the large walk-in pantry in the kitchen. The covered deck provides expansive golf course views.

Don Julian Builders also is featuring the Brookridge plan on the Parade, a reverse ranch with three bedrooms on the main level and an open concept design. A special feature of the plan is the laundry that opens both to the master closet and the hallway. It is priced at $439,000.

New Mark Homes’ Parade entry is The Wyndham, a reverse 11/2-story plan with the master suite and a second bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms and a recreation room on the lower level. This home has a see-through fireplace adding a warm glow to the gathering room and the covered porch. It is priced at $423,900.

Four additional homes are nearing completion and Parade goers will be able to view them, also. They are built by Ben Cerra, Dan Rowe Properties and Distinctive Homes by J & K.

Platt mentioned five other available homes are priced in the low $400,000s that are loaded with features and are a really good buy. In addition, Ben Cerra is offering a two-story home with a finished walkout basement, something not typically found in two-story plans.

Tiffany Greens offers homes in a wide range of prices, starting in the $350,000s and going up to more than $1 million. It also has a wide range of home site prices, from $39,900 in the maintenance-provided area to $249,900 for premium golf course sites.

“We have several really good golf lots available, but buyers have been snatching them up,” Platt said. “They are highly desirable lots.”

This diversity of prices has drawn a spectrum of residents from young families to those who are downsizing, Ludy said. “We have residents who have bought more than one house here as their lifestyle has changed.”

Ludy said Tiffany Greens is in an area that is experiencing phenomenal growth, both in residential construction and expanding retail development, as well as new restaurants and services. Zona Rosa is minutes away.

Platt added the community’s convenient location with quick access to Interstate 29 has drawn buyers who work in St. Joseph but want to live in Kansas City and those who travel frequently. “We are only five minutes from the airport.”

The championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II International, is a manicured par 72 experience featuring rolling terrain, tree-lined creeks and zoysia fairways and tees. Tiffany Greens Golf Club has been ranked in the Top 10 courses in Missouri by Golf Digest since opening in 1999 and has hosted the PGA Seniors Tour. The semi-private course is open to the public.

Tiffany Greens’ other amenities include a 6,500-square-foot Community Center featuring a video room, two fully equipped kitchens, exercise room, fire-and-ice fireplace, marketing rooms, offices, community room, shower rooms, two levels of terracing and patios, secured access and views overlooking the swimming complex with a 25-meter swimming pool and lake.

Students living in Tiffany Greens attend highly rated Platte County schools.
