The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City recognized two homes in Cedar Creek’s idyllic Hidden Lake Estates with Fall Parade awards. Roeser Homes’ reverse 1 ½-story Firethorn floor plan at 25359 W. 105th Terrace (entry #36) won both gold in the Pick of the Parade and first place in Distinctive Plan and Design.
