The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City recognized two homes in Cedar Creek’s idyllic Hidden Lake Estates with Fall Parade awards. Roeser Homes’ reverse 1 ½-story Firethorn floor plan at 25359 W. 105th Terrace (entry #36) won both gold in the Pick of the Parade and first place in Distinctive Plan and Design.

Starr Homes, LLC, also received first place in Distinctive Plan and Design for their four-bedroom, 4 ½-bathroom reverse 1 ½-story home at 25204 W. 104th Place (entry #37). The home is sold but open to tour during the Fall Parade, which ends today.
