Incomparable price points, unparalleled amenities, and unmatched value protection: All three are trademarks of Stonebridge, one of the most popular developments in Darol Rodrock’s impressive 35-year-plus career. Comprised of four neighborhoods—Stonebridge Meadows, Stonebridge Trails, Stonebridge Park, and Stonebridge Village—Stonebridge is perfectly situated between Ridgeview and Black Bob along 167th Street. And this fall’s Parade of Homes is an ideal time to discover all that this exceptional community has to offer, with a superb 12 homes to tour.

“In Stonebridge Park, we have four beautiful furnished homes that we’re very excited about!” says community manager Abby Tripp. “This includes a variety of floor plans that cater to everyone, including 1.5-story, 2-story and reverse 1.5-story builds.”

Among them is the award-winning Emery II by James Engle Custom Homes. This home is filled with elegance at every turn—from the gorgeous open kitchen with oversized island and granite tops to the Great Room with soaring ceilings and see-thru fireplace to the covered patio.

Next up is Roeser Home’s Chloe II, a rare open 2 story with 10-foot vaulted ceilings on the first floor. The main level includes an extra-large kitchen and breakfast room, family-sized mudroom, and bonus “flex room.”

Dusselier & Marks Homes’ Austin is a Gold Award-winning plan that boasts 11-foot ceilings, a master suite with 2 large, walk-in closets, a custom master bath, and more fine touches that wowed judges in Parades of past.

Finally, KC Builders & Design offers its gorgeous Chalet XP, complete with stunning Great Room with custom beams and a dramatic 2-story stone fireplace. Meanwhile, the lower level boasts a walk-up bar—the perfect place to linger with company.

“Along with our homes entered in the Parade, we also have four specs that are ready for immediate occupancy and other spec homes that might fit your move-in timeline,” adds Abby.

Over in Stonebridge Meadows, some 3 homes are in the Parade—with a variety of additional homes ready to entice buyers, including a completed 2-story by Prieb Homes. “We have 12 different plans under construction, including ranches and 2-story and reverse 1.5-story homes,” says community manager Mike Slaven.

Ready to wow tour goers is the Cypress II by Chris George Homes. This popular 4-bedroom, 3-bath, reverse 1.5 story features an open floor plan with impressive barrel-ceiling foyer and both the master bedroom and office/bedroom on the main level.

“Meanwhile, the Addilyn III by Rob Washam Homes is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2 story that features a wonderful wrap-around front porch and custom cook’s kitchen with enameled white cabinets, center island, quartz countertops, and breakfast area,” adds Mike.

Completing the selection is the Brooklyn by Prieb Homes. From the fabulous front porch through the open concept plan—complete with formal dining, serving pantry, and sumptuous kitchen with quartz countertops—this home is designed to please.

But not to be left out of the fun is Stonebridge Trails, with 5 outstanding entries on this year’s Parade.

“The builders have given us their best,” says community manager Joan Jacquin. “Chris George has a 5-bedroom 2 story that’s a crowd favorite. Folks love the staircase in the back of the house. And Doyle Construction has outperformed itself in the Rockford, a 4-bedroom with a separate office. Its spiral staircase is a knockout!”

And the reverse 1.5-story Marietta III by D&M Homes is beyond comfortable, according to tour goers, says Joan. “You’ll find 4 bedrooms—2 on the first floor and 2 on the lower level. Meanwhile, Rob Washam Homes has outdone itself in the Landon plan, complete with 4 bedrooms and an office. This home boasts high ceilings, lots of light, and the kitchen is a dream. Finally, we have the favorite Makenna by Gabriel Homes, with 4 bedrooms, a spacious office, plenty of built-ins, and large kitchen.”

All these communities promise protected home value and a slew of amenities never before offered in this price range. An expansive trail system links all four neighborhoods, offering residents an easy way to make use of the extended development’s four pools, various playgrounds, and two richly appointed clubhouses, one with workout facilities.

If all these amenities don’t keep families busy enough, the community is home to a vibrant Moms’ Council, which plans family-friendly get-togethers that not only forge friendships but favorite family memories. From pool parties to horse-drawn carriage rides, each season offers a new delight for kids of all ages.

Also accessible from these trails is Prairie Creek Elementary School, which has repeatedly won the Governor’s Achievement Award. Rodrock has dedicated adjacent land for a middle school, which is projected for a September 2019 opening.
