Rodrock Development’s Stonebridge shines in summer
The light lingers longer, allowing children to play well past the streetlights’ flicker. Pools and playgrounds are packed with visiting neighbors and the sounds of laughter. Friends gather in impromptu block parties, as parents count down the days until school starts. There’s truly nothing like summer in Rodrock Development’s Stonebridge, which has become a favorite to families of all shapes and sizes.
Comprised of four neighborhoods—Stonebridge Meadows, Stonebridge Trails, Stonebridge Park, and Stonebridge Village—the greater Stonebridge community offers incomparable price points, unparalleled amenities, and unmatched value protection, ideally situated between Ridgeview and Black Bob along 167th Street.
Summer is a stellar season in this community—and with a variety of homes ready for immediate possession, lucky homeowners can move in just in time to experience the fun firsthand.
“Stonebridge Park is booming with activity,” says community manager Ed Stephenson. “We have three new plans being built for sale, along with duplications of our five award-winning model homes—all on premium cul-de-sac lots and many backing to wooded green space.”
Move-in ready homes include the Emery Reverse by James Engle Custom Homes, the neighborhood’s most popular, award-winning reverse 1.5-story plan. The first floor features two bedrooms, including the gorgeous master suite, and a covered deck with a see-through fireplace into the Great Room. The walkout basement—with family room, bar, and more—backs to green space.
And the Chalet 1.5 by KC Builders & Design is an exciting new plan on an oversized wooded lot. The home’s striking spiral staircase and 2-story Great Room with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace make quite the first impression, alongside the incredible chef’s kitchen.
Finally, the Dearborn by SAB Homes sits on a large cul-de-sac lot with great views, so it’s fortunate the home boasts a spacious wrap-around front porch. The abode has a 4-car garage, oversized Great Room and kitchen, impressive master suite, and oversized secondary bedrooms, all with walk-in closets.
Next door, Stonebridge Meadows has some 30 new homes under construction, 11 of which are 60 days or less from completion. “The current floor plans under construction include eight different 2-story plans, two different ranch plans, and two different reverse 1.5-story plans,” says community manager Mike Slaven. “This is most definitely not just a cookie-cutter neighborhood!”
And excitingly, five new furnished model homes are now under construction by the likes of Robert A. Washam Construction, Prieb Homes, Chris George Homes, James III Homes, and Wynne Homes.
Still, a number of homes are move-in ready, including James III Homes’ Grayson, a spacious 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. “The master suite is just incredible,” Mike says. “It spreads across the entire back of the home, with 10-foot ceiling and exquisite trim and details.”
A number of other gorgeous abodes—all with covered decks or patios and 3-car garages—will be ready by early fall, including Chris George Homes’ Yorkshire II, Prieb Homes’ Levi, and Rob Washam Homes’ Addilyn III.
Rounding out the busy summer activity is Stonebridge Trails. “Rob Washam Construction has two homes available, and they are outstanding!” says community manager Joan Jacquin. “Both boast 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and one even backs to the walking trails.”
Chris George’s Yorkshire V is available on a wonderful westward-facing lot site, complete with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and large covered deck. Priced at $462,950, this home has all the extras included.
“One of our new floor plans is the Kendleton by SAB Homes,” Joan adds. “This is a 4-bedroom ranch with a finished lower level, featuring a fantastic bar. The kitchen is immense and filled with cabinets, plus a large island.”
Finally, Doyle Construction has the Sovana under construction, which will be completed in late fall. “This 5-bedroom home is located on a westward-facing lot with a large deck in the rear,” says Joan. “And Doyle Construction has purchased another home site with plans to build a new Reverse. The floor plan is outstanding, and the walkout lot backs to trees and the walking trail that leads to the Stonebridge Trails clubhouse.”
In fact, each Stonebridge neighborhood is linked via a trail system, offering residents an easy way make use of the extended development’s four pools, various playgrounds, and two richly appointed clubhouses, one with workout facilities. Also accessible from these trails is Prairie Creek Elementary School, which has repeatedly won the Governor’s Achievement Award. Woodland Spring Middle School is under construction and is projected to open in August 2019.
To say that Stonebridge shines—in the summertime and beyond—is an understatement.
