Rodrock Development’s Stonebridge shines in summer

The light lingers longer, allowing children to play well past the streetlights’ flicker. Pools and playgrounds are packed with visiting neighbors and the sounds of laughter. Friends gather in impromptu block parties, as parents count down the days until school starts. There’s truly nothing like summer in Rodrock Development’s Stonebridge, which has become a favorite to families of all shapes and sizes.

Finally, Doyle Construction has the Sovana under construction, which will be completed in late fall. “This 5-bedroom home is located on a westward-facing lot with a large deck in the rear,” says Joan. “And Doyle Construction has purchased another home site with plans to build a new Reverse. The floor plan is outstanding, and the walkout lot backs to trees and the walking trail that leads to the Stonebridge Trails clubhouse.”

In fact, each Stonebridge neighborhood is linked via a trail system, offering residents an easy way make use of the extended development’s four pools, various playgrounds, and two richly appointed clubhouses, one with workout facilities. Also accessible from these trails is Prairie Creek Elementary School, which has repeatedly won the Governor’s Achievement Award. Woodland Spring Middle School is under construction and is projected to open in August 2019.
