See Wolf Creek’s new floor plans during Parade

The Estates of Wolf Creek is bustling with activity. The community is completing the finishing touches on its Fall Parade of Homes entry. There are also an additional 15 homes in various stages of development in its inventory, including five new plans never before offered here.

Adding to the excitement in this popular southern Johnson County community are 15 walkout, lake home sites that will be available by spring. These captivating sites are a part of this community that offers numerous amenities, as well as quality-built, affordable, luxurious homes. Reservations for these premium sites will begin during the Fall Parade of Homes.

One of the new floor plans, The Madison, is Wolf Creek’s entry in the Fall Parade of Homes that begins Sept. 27 and runs through Oct. 12. Homes in the Estates of Wolf Creek have garnered numerous awards in past Parades, including Pick of the Parade and American Dream awards. The Madison is a traditional-style two-story home, priced at $359,950, and features four bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The covered front porch opens to a foyer leading to the dining room and family room that share a two-sided, floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The island kitchen has a corner, walk-in pantry and breakfast nook.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The laundry is conveniently right outside the master suite. The master bathroom has a tiled shower, soaking tub and his-and-hers vanities as well as a built-in makeup dresser and separate his-and-hers walk-in closets.

The lower level of this home has an optional finish with another bedroom, bathroom and recreation room.

The other new plans, all with three-car garages, include:

▪  The Kamryn, a French Country reverse ranch with an open main-level design, which includes a great room that shares a two-sided fireplace with the covered deck, an island kitchen and breakfast nook. The master suite and second bedroom with a bathroom are on the main level, while another bedroom with a bathroom and a recreation room with a fireplace, bar and snack kitchen are on the lower level. This level has room for an additional bedroom. The Kamryn is priced at $319,950.

▪  The Sydney, a traditional-style reverse ranch priced at $324,950. It offers a open main-level with the master suite on one side and a second bedroom and bath on the other. The great room opens to a covered deck. The island kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry. The lower level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and recreation room, as well as a storm shelter.

▪  The Austin, a Prairie-style two-story home with an open main level, an island kitchen and a covered deck. The upper level includes the master suite, three additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.

The popular original floor plans that created The Estates of Wolf Creek’s success also are among the 15 homes under construction and include a reverse, 11/2-story, ranch and two-story plans by Robert Garver Builders, Wolf Creek Homes LLC and Kelly Dunn Construction.

Each home offers upgraded standard features, including granite counter tops, hardwood floors in the entry and kitchen, tiled bathrooms, wrought-iron staircase spindles, extensive stone trim, in-ground sprinkler system, silent floor system and energy-efficient heat pump. Each gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, center island, large pantry and custom alder cabinets.

In addition to the wide array of home styles, buyers are drawn to The Estates of Wolf Creek because of the excellent Spring Hill School District. In fact, the newest elementary school is right in the community, allowing students to easily walk to class on The Estates of Wolf Creek trails.

Teachers, administrators, students and parents are all enthusiastic about Wolf Creek Elementary’s second year. Classrooms have an average of 21 students and more than 98 percent of the parents last year participated in the fall and winter parent-teacher conferences.
