Situated on the former Meadowbrook Country Club property at 95th and Nall, the new community of Meadowbrook Park offers a wealth of amenities in a highly sought-after location. Meadowbrook takes full advantage of beautiful park land accented by mature trees and vibrant green spaces spread throughout the area. Curving streets, low stone walls and well-planned water features create harmonious streetscapes in the mixed-use development. Meadowbrook’s two upscale, maintenance-provided residential neighborhoods are a mix of single family homes, twin villa homes, luxury apartments, and a senior living complex.

“Meadowbrook Park is a community that blends luxury, privacy, and classic architecture within the setting of an 84 acre park,” said onsite agent Teresa Hoffman. “Interest in the single family homes has been high.”

In the gated Reserve neighborhood, single family homes are designed for exclusive, upscale living, with quality craftsmanship and the highest attention to detail. Constructed by some of the area’s finest luxury builders, these homes offer the utmost in privacy as well as maintenance-provided services.

Buyers of the single family home lots can choose from one of four exclusive builders: Holthaus Building, Inc., RM Standard Construction, Ambassador Construction Company, Inc. and Lambie Custom Homes. These builders were selected based on their reputation for quality and integrity. Each has decades of experience in the Kansas City custom home market, providing homeowners with a personalized, hands-on design process that translates lifestyles and dreams into reality.

53 lots are designated for single family homes, many of which feature rear-loaded driveways, as well as front/courtyard entry Village lots in the Reserve. Prospective buyers have the opportunity to reserve their desired lot with a 90 day refundable deposit and work with their selected builder and an architect to create a custom home of the size that suits their needs and desires. Several sold homes are already under construction, and three spec homes are expected to be underway this spring. Lot prices range from $250,000 to $440,000 with finished home prices from $950,000 up to $3 million.

“Prospective buyers are excited about Meadowbrook Park’s single family residences. They are looking for the ease of a maintenance provided community, yet still desire a detached residence. We have seen people who live a little farther out wanting to come back to a close-in location, as well as people who already live in the area but desire the benefits of new construction,” said Teresa.

All residences in Meadowbrook Park include maintenance, adding to the lock-and-leave lifestyle. Homes association fees are expected to be $330 per month for the single family homes, including lawn care and snow removal, among other amenities.

In addition to approximately 3.75 miles of walking trails, residents will enjoy the serene setting of the 84-acre park, three stocked lakes and mature trees that have been preserved as part of the Master Plan. The amenities are vast and include a private community pool located in the Reserve neighborhood for all Reserve and Parkside neighborhood residents to enjoy. Features at the park include a planned community activity building overlooking the grand lawn, a destination playground, pavilion, picnic shelters, and outdoor exercise equipment. The park is expected to open to the public in the spring of 2018.

“Buyers have been attracted to the lifestyle. The open space of the surrounding park area, the convenience of stepping out your door to walking trails, plus the quality of construction have been quite a draw,” noted Teresa.

Meadowbrook Park is developed by VanTrust Real Estate. VanTrust is also the developer of the Kessler residences being constructed in Meadowbrook, as well as the Inn and restaurant. Centrally located in a garden alongside a lake, the Inn and restaurant will ideally be a gathering spot for the community, offering concierge services for residents.
