Phase five of Benson Place Fieldstone opened in early 2015 and building activity is at an all-time high.

“We knew that this new phase was going to be popular when over half of the home sites were purchased within the first two weeks of becoming available,” said Aimee Miller, ReeceNichols agent and Benson Place Fieldstone community manager. “There are currently 45 inventory homes in various stages of completion and we have a number of build jobs underway as well. It’s so exciting to drive into the neighborhood and see all of the building activity.”

Many attributes have led to the community’s popularity, including rolling hills, abundant parkland and proximity to the Shoal Creek Golf Course and Hodge Park. Benson Place is within the boundaries of the highly rated Liberty School District and just minutes from excellent shopping, downtown Kansas City and Kansas City International Airport.

Benson Place’s amenities include a competition-sized swimming pool and cabana, children’s spray ground, playground, five-acre lake, picnic area, walking trails and more than 40 acres of parkland and natural areas. A second community swimming pool was recently completed and will open this spring. The new pool features multiple underwater bench levels to give people space to relax throughout, a shallow area with bubbler fountains geared towards smaller children, deck surfaces with temperature reducing coating, pergolas for shade and a bathhouse with restrooms.

Residents also enjoy the convenience of a day care center and Benton House of Shoal Creek, a senior living community, located at the entrance to Benson Place.

“Benson Place offers amenities that all homeowners are looking for, especially families with children,” said Miller. “Benson Place is where people want to live and residents encourage their friends and family to live here, too. There truly isn’t another neighborhood like this in the Northland.”

Benson Place debuted four new model homes in the Spring Parade of Homes, including SAB Homes’ American Dream Grand Award winner at 8054 NE 100th Terrace (No. 190). Other entries include a two-story by Aspen Homes (No. 188), a two-story by McFarland Custom Builders (No. 189) and a two-story by Summit Custom Homes (No. 191). Robertson Construction, the fifth member of the community’s builder team, is nearing completion on its two-story Dalton plan. All completed homes are professionally decorated and are open to the public daily.
