With the Spring Parade of Homes in full swing, FiveStar Lifestyles is excited to announce a new concept in maintenance-provided living at Lime Stone Road Townhomes at The National Golf Club of Kansas City.

“We have listened to the demands of our clients and the new concept will fill those demands,” said Chris Powell of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes, who markets the community. “We have a limited offering of 12 stand-alone maintenance-provided townhomes. These townhomes have no common walls and will offer an optional three-car garage.”

The current inventory offers walkout and daylight lower levels. As with the existing townhome product, the stand-alone product will offer an open feeling with high ceilings, large expanses of windows and efficient living spaces with the kitchen, great room and master suite on one level. They will carry the standard finishes featuring custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and GE appliance packages.

Lime Stone Road Townhomes are part of the nationally recognized National community in Parkville. It’s rolling terrain, breathtaking views, natural habitat, award-winning Park Hill School District and, of course, its Tom Watson Signature Golf course are just a few reasons why The National stands apart from all other developments, the marketing team said.

Lime Stone Road Townhomes now has a few more reasons to come take a look the premier maintenance-provided property in the Northland. Embassy Landscape Group in conjunction with the developer, FiveStar Lifestyles, was honored to accept the Grand Award presented by the Mid-America Green Industry Council at its December 2014 meeting. The Grand Award highlighted the property’s impeccable landscape presentation along with attention to detail while maintaining the property to the highest standards in the industry.

The landscaping and amenities will only get better as the second phase is being developed. The second phase includes additional walking trails and a renovation of the lake and water feature along with extensive landscaping. And if that is not enough, as part of the National master-planned community residents can enjoy a pool and playground that will open this Memorial Day.

Residents of Lime Stone Road feel a level of comfort, knowing they never have to take time out of their lives to paint their home, repair the roof, fix or clean gutters, mow, mulch, trim, fertilize or even remove snow from sidewalks and driveways.

A bonus to being part of this community is the active residents. The residents, with the help of the homeowner’s association, organize several parties each year. These parties, along with several resident gatherings throughout the year, keep this community in touch. In December 2014 the developer hosted the annual holiday party at The National and treated the residents to an elegant sit down dinner; no one left disappointed.

The townhome community is convenient to everything. Within minutes of the townhomes is Parkville Commons, a 250,000-square-foot retail center, whose shops offer basic necessities for the residents of The National. They can buy their groceries at Price Chopper, pick up dry cleaning at Pride Cleaners, find their everyday needs at Walgreen’s and dine at Nick-n-Jake’s, Rusty Horse Tavern, Jimmy John’s, Sakae Sushi and Pizza Hut. It is also home to the metropolitan area’s most active and vibrant health and wellness center, the Platte County Community Center/YMCA.

Powell said with prices starting at about $300,000, coupled with historically low interest rates, the Lime Stone Road Townhomes offer an unprecedented opportunity for those who want to experience The National’s active resort lifestyle.
