Chapel Hill’s Phase III opens, current models now for sale
The popularity of Chapel Hill has created a unique opportunity for those wanting a move-in ready home from one of the area’s most respected builders. The community is selling all four of its current model row homes while model builders begin five new models for its recently opened Phase III, The Estates.
Seven of the community’s homes have also been entered in the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City’s Spring Parade of Homes, which is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily April 25 through May 10.

Parade entry No. 37 is the Juniper by Lambie Custom Homes. The 11/2-story model, in the current model row at 13428 W. 172 St., is a Grand Award-winning plan. It is priced at $527,810.
Parade entry No. 38 by ParkView Homes KC LLC is the Jacqueline hybrid reverse 11/2-story model at 13320 W. 172nd St. Priced at $499,950, it backs to green space and a walking trail.
Parade entry No. 39 is the 11/2-story Riviera model by ParkView Homes KC LLC, which backs to future green space at 17209 Noland St. It is priced at $369,710.
Parade entry No. 40 by Rodrock Homes is the Augusta ranch reverse model in a cul-de-sac at 16809 Haskins St. Priced at $435,000, it boasts a four-car garage.
“The opening of its third phase is a direct result of the success enjoyed by the initial phases of the community,” said Bill Gerue with Weichert Realtors Graham-Welch, who markets Chapel Hill. “New homes are already being built in Phase III and Phase II has been selling very quickly. There are still choice home sites available starting at $68,500.”
Lambie Custom Homes has its 11/2-story Juniper model for sale at 13428 W. 172nd St. Priced at $527,810, this five-bedroom, four-bath home has a master suite on the main level and an additional junior master suite upstairs. This model most recently was awarded First Runner Up in the Parade of Homes by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City as well as First Place in the Distinctive Plan and Design category.
The reverse 11/2-story model home by ParkView Homes was awarded Best New Home Model in Kansas City by Kansas City Homes and Gardens magazine.
