Inspired Homes has been on a roll! The Kansas City-based builder is preparing to open its fourth model home of the year. A two-story Inglenook home—part of the new collection of Inspired Homes’ floor plans that launched earlier this year—will open with a celebration on Saturday, Dec. 2, in Lenexa’s Vista at The Reserve.

The grand opening festivities will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include free barbecue (while supplies last!). Prospective buyers are encouraged to stop by during the celebration to tour the Inglenook model and view firsthand the flexibility of the floor plan.

“The Inglenook plan can range from three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms to five bedrooms and four bathrooms,” said Rob Lacio, community manager. “The model shown will be four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.”

The newly opened model home will also showcase an interactive sales center that Inspired Homes debuted earlier this summer. The technology-driven sales centers feature a touchscreen monitor that enables prospective buyers to explore floor plans and homesites, then personalize a floor plan for their individual needs and preferences. For example, they could use the touchscreen monitor to easily explore the various configuration options for the Inglenook floor plan, then use that information to select their ideal home.

“Having these new homes to show is exciting for us,” said Todd Lipschutz, president, Inspired Homes. “It’s been a lot of hard work and effort to get to where we are this quickly.”

The model grand opening is the perfect time to explore Vista at The Reserve and the surrounding area. Prospective buyers continue to the idyllic Lenexa community, thanks to an enviable combination of beautifully built homes, generous amenities and a prime location near highways and entertainment.

To accommodate the steady demand, Inspired Homes recently introduced the new phase of The Reserve. Vista at The Reserve offers an enticing selection of new homesites that not only offer desirable locations in the heart of The Reserve; their larger size is also ideal for accommodating buyer preferences like three-car garages.

“There’s certainly a high demand for three-car garages, and the new homesites in Vista at The Reserve allow us to meet that demand,” Lipschutz said.

Vista at The Reserve also gives prospective buyers a rare opportunity to enjoy the personalization of new construction in the heart of an established community. The Reserve, part of Inspired Homes’ portfolio of new home communities, is already home to a number of residents, giving new buyers a chance to secure their spot in this vibrant, welcoming community.

Plus, the centrally located homesites of Vista give residents easy access to The Reserve’s appealing amenities, including the popular community clubhouse and swimming pool. The community’s amenities package also includes a children’s swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a playground and walking trails. Additionally, new residents will love what The Reserve homeowners have already discovered: an idyllic quality of life thanks to the community’s prime Lenexa location.

“The Reserve is in a quiet setting but it’s close to everything because of nearby highway access,” Lacio said. “Residents love the convenience of The Reserve’s location.”

That convenient highway access comes as a result of The Reserve’s location within the bustling Kansas 7/Kansas 10 corridor. Commuters to both Topeka, Kan. and downtown Kansas City have opted to live in The Reserve, citing the easy drives. For those who seek close proximity to more recreation opportunities, favorite destinations like Shawnee Mission Park and Lake Lenexa are both nearby, along with a larger network of paved walking and biking trails.

The location is especially ideal for families who opt to live in The Reserve—they’ll have a rare opportunity to choose their student’s high school. The community is served by the Olathe School District, and students have traditionally gone to Olathe Northwest High School. Now that the new Olathe West High School is open, high school students in The Reserve can select which high school they attend.

For prospective buyers eager to take advantage of all that The Reserve has to offer, now is an ideal time to purchase within the community. Vista at The Reserve’s prime homesites are now available, giving prospective buyers an enviable selection from which to choose. Additionally, new inventory homes are starting soon throughout The Reserve and will be complete starting in February. This brisk pace of activity represents a compelling opportunity for both prospective buyers and Inspired Homes.

“The Reserve has 80+ homesites available, which is unusual to have in the marketplace,” Lipschutz said. “It’s a great opportunity to provide different types of homesites for buyers. I think that in this Lenexa corridor, we have the most build jobs of any builder. We’ll continue to provide our normal business of a high-quality product at a good price for the consumer.”

No matter which home a buyer chooses, they can be confident in the peace of mind that comes with every Inspired Homes floor plan thanks to an incredible warranty, exterior features like James Hardie® Siding and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

“We build homes differently,” Lipschutz said. “Our buyers get the benefit of double-walled construction with James Hardie® siding, which is a significant advantage not only for long-term maintenance, but also peace of mind and the buyer’s confidence in their long-term investment.”

Don’t miss a chance to celebrate with the Inspired Homes team at The Reserve. Make plans to attend the model opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. Your new home is waiting!
