Tour new model and enjoy free barbecue today in Olathe

A new model home will be unveiled in Olathe today, and you’re invited to join the celebration! The festivities will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Huntford. In addition to touring the new model home and interactive sales center, attendees will enjoy free barbecue (while supplies last) and have a chance to explore Huntford’s charming, picturesque surroundings.

The new model home is a reverse 1½-story Quintessa, part of a new collection of floor plans that Inspired Homes launched earlier this year. The three-bedroom home features an open concept floor plan and 2,201 square feet of living space. During today’s grand opening celebration, visitors will also have a chance to tour the home’s new interactive sales center, the second to be completed in an Inspired Homes community. Huntford’s model grand opening also gives visitors a chance to see four homes that are available on a faster timeline, perfect for prospective buyers wishing to be in their new home before the holidays.

For those wanting a reverse 1½-story home on a walkout lot, Huntford offers two options that are available for move-in before the new year. The Cardinale plan offers 2,459 square feet of space and features an oversized kitchen, butler’s pantry, open formal dining room, and connected master closet and laundry room. The plan is available in both a two-car and three-car version, priced at $366,855 and $376,570 respectively. Both homes feature downstairs bedrooms, a recreation room and plenty of storage.

All of these homes are eligible for Inspired Homes’ current financing promotion. Buyers who use the builder’s recommended lender, NASB, and complete the closing by the end of the year will receive $5,000 that can be applied to closing costs or a rate buy-down.

Additional inventory homes are underway throughout Huntford, including a mix of reverse 1½-story and two-story floor plans that are priced from the mid-$300,000s to upper $300,000s. Completion ranges from later this year to early 2018, giving prospective buyers the flexibility to meet a range of move-in timelines.
