Brookfield Residential has announced some exciting new additions to Shoal Creek Valley this fall, and the fun’s not over yet! In just two weeks, the builder will celebrate the grand opening of phase 2 in the community’s Enclave neighborhood. The picturesque area features Brookfield Residential’s Harmony portfolio of single-family homes that range in size from 2,345 to 3,003 square feet.
The second phase of the Enclave gives prospective buyers an enticing selection of homesites from which to choose. And for those eager to accommodate a faster move-in timeline, several move-in ready homes are available throughout The Enclave. They include:
8100 N. Tullis Ave.: The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom Harmony 1 ranch floor plan includes a den, an attached 3-car garage and an unfinished full lower level. Highlights of the open concept floor plan include custom-built kitchen cabinets and a great room with a fireplace.
8106 N. Tullis Ave.: The two-story Harmony 4 floor plan includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an attached 3-car garage and an unfinished full lower level. The spacious layout—ideal for entertaining—includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a granite kitchen island and custom cabinets.

8105 N. Tullis Ave.: This five-bedroom, three-bathroom two-story Harmony 3 floor plan will be available soon. Features include a second-floor loft, attached three-car garage and an unfinished walkout lower level. All bathrooms include tile floors, and the great room is enhanced with a fireplace and built-in cabinets and shelves.
All three homes qualify for Brookfield Residential’s October incentive. Buyers who put a contract on one of these three homes by October 31 will receive a refrigerator, washer, dryer and the first year’s HOA dues paid. Additionally, if buyers use Brookfield Residential’s preferred lender, they’ll receive an additional $2,000 toward closing.
Earlier in the season, Brookfield Residential also announced a new collection of attached villa homes with base prices from the low to mid-$200,000s. The villas come in two floor plans that offer 1,353 and 1,710 square feet of living space, respectively.
Outside of Shoal Creek Valley, homeowners have no shortage of shops, services, dining and recreation, many of which are within walking distance of the community. And inside Shoal Creek Valley, extensive amenities encourage recreation and relaxation.
Shoal Creek Valley’s iconic Gate House is a resort-style retreat complete with lush grounds, meandering garden pathways, a media room, banquet room and fully equipped kitchen, all accessible to homeowners in the neighborhood. Relax in the waterfall hot tub or enjoy hot summer days at the large fountain pool.
The Park House is a chalet-style clubhouse that features large, open interior spaces, a fireplace and comfortable seating. Its large outdoor water park is the main attraction, with two large swimming pools, a lazy river, two water slides, a splash plaza, a toddler pool, water fountains, sun decks, picnic pavilions and changing rooms.
For Brookfield Residential, Shoal Creek Valley represents an ideal opportunity to fulfill the company’s commitment to their customers.
“We want to help our buyers build the home of their dreams in the community that fits their lifestyle,” said Jackie Payne, community sales manager, Shoal Creek Valley. “With three friendly communities—The Greens, The Enclave and The village—our safe, energy-efficient homes are built with open, flexible floor plans, quality materials and an attention to detail not often found in other new homes. Each community has a Kansas City, Mo. address, is part of the award-winning Liberty Public Schools system, is within walking distance to retail and restaurants and offers convenient highway access.”
