New phase opens soon in Northland community; move-in ready homes available

Brookfield Residential has announced some exciting new additions to Shoal Creek Valley this fall, and the fun’s not over yet! In just two weeks, the builder will celebrate the grand opening of phase 2 in the community’s Enclave neighborhood. All three homes qualify for Brookfield Residential’s October incentive.
