In a time when the number of homes on the market is at an all-time low, the Reserve at Riverstone has added new homebuilders and, subsequently, new floor plans to meet buyer demand.
“Having a variety of move-in ready homes has helped draw in buyers from across the Kansas City metro,” explains Lisa White, ReeceNichols real estate agent and co-community manager. “We’ve found that many people are selling their homes quickly and need a home that’s complete.
