Final phase at Canyon Creek attracts scores of buyers during Fall Parade of Homes

At Canyon Creek, a premier metropolitan community developed by Prime Development Land Company, word of mouth has proven to be a powerful, organic marketing tool. Within Canyon Creek, lot prices range from the upper $60,000s to the $180,000s, with home prices in the high-$400,000s to $800,000-plus.
