Brookwood Farms: Limited lots remain in current phase; new phase open soon

Excitement abounds at Brookwood Farms! Now that summer is unofficially here, residents are busy enjoying beloved community amenities that include a swimming pool, cabana and playground equipment.

As a testament to the ongoing demand for homes in Brookwood Farms, just a few homesites remain in the community’s third phase. The new fourth phase will open soon. Additionally, the community’s building team has a new member, giving prospective buyers an even larger selection of floor plans from which to choose.

Directions: U.S. 169 south to 199th Street, left on 199th then left again to stay on 199th Street (at big Spring Hill sign). Brookwood Farms is across the bridge on the right. Turn into subdivision at Skyview Lane. Or take U.S. 69 south to 199th Street. Right on 199th to Skyview Lane, a quarter-mile past Ridgeview Road.
