Priced at $442,950, this home is perfect for those looking for a two-story with flair, and a Silver Award winner for single-family homes priced between $439,000 and $455,000.

In the Creekmoor Villas community in Raymore, prospective buyers will find the Kendleton (Tour #20). This three-bedroom, two-bathroom maintenance-provided ranch plan home has an envy-worthy kitchen, well-appointed master suite with a walk-in tiled shower, double vanities and a large walk-in closet. The great room is wide open to the kitchen and dining room and features high ceilings and built-ins on each side of the fireplace. Buyers have the option of building it as a reverse 1-1/2-story floor with four bedrooms and three bathrooms priced at $398,625. This home can be toured in the Eagle Creek community in Lee’s Summit (Tour #23), where it won a Gold Award for single family homes priced between $395,000 and $420,000.

Just a stone’s throw away in Creekmoor, the Brookline Model (Tour #15) is a popular two-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom home priced at $609,680, offering an open great room adjacent to the kitchen and dining room and plenty of flex space.

The optional lower level in the model features a recreation space, a wet bar, a half bathroom and a full bathroom. Quality finishes and thoughtful details abound in this home priced at $649,950, a Gold Award winner for single family homes priced between $645,000 and $690,000.

SAB Homes also won a Gold Award for single family homes priced between $280,000 and 315,000 for Tour #80 at Siena at Longview in Lee’s Summit, and a Silver Award for single family homes priced between $422,000 and $438,000 for Tour #111 at Woodland Trails in Greenwood.

According to Morfeld, these honors, in addition to dozens of others over the years in both the Spring and Fall Parades, in the latter including numerous Grand Award, First Runner-Up, First Place and Second Place Awards, is wonderful. However, it’s providing complete satisfaction to their clients that means the most.
