Woodneath Farms now offers home sites along Shoal Creek Golf Course

Those looking to capitalize on the rare opportunity to build a home along the Shoal Creek Golf Course are welcomed to visit Links III, the latest phase in Woodneath Farms.

“If you haven’t been out to see the new phase, you must make time to do so soon,” urged Sherri Cole, ReeceNichols agent and co-community manager with Rob Elsey. “Of the 50 home sites now available, there are just 16 that back to the golf course and the views are impressive.
