In Cedar Creek’s newest neighborhood, The Crossings at Southglen, builders Rodrock Homes, Meridian Homes, James Engle Custom Homes, Roeser Homes and Tabernacle Homes offer six furnished model homes to view, as well as several spec homes that are under construction. Prices range from $391,000 to $438,000.
Several homes are available in the Woods of Southglen, including plans by LDH Construction, Tim Hoelting Homes, Roeser Homes, Tabernacle Homes, KC Building Co. and Don Julian Builders. Current speculative home prices range from the upper $400,000s to more than $600,000.
In luxurious North Shore Estates, which offers proximity to the 65-acre Shadow Lake, Don Julian Builders has a four-bedroom, 11/2-story custom floor plan with a three-car side-entry garage priced at $859,900.
