The big game is happening! The Kansas City Chiefs are back for Super Bowl LIX in a showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Feb. 9. Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the team are the defending Super Bowl champions, and this marks the seventh time the Chiefs have been to the Super Bowl and the team’s third appearance in a row.

Kendrick Lamar will be performing the halftime show with special guest SZA. Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX performance comes right after his 2025 Grammy wins for song of the year “Not Like Us” and record of the year.
