Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton Hold Hands in Rare Public Outing
Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton brought their low-key romance to a more public setting.
The Skims cofounder, 45, was seen walking hand in hand with the Formula 1 racer, 41, as they headed to their car after seeing the Broadway play The Fear of 13 at the James Earle Jones Theatre in New York City on Tuesday, May 5, according to photos published by E! News.
Hamilton sported a monochromatic beige jacket and pants for the outing, as well as dark brown lace-up shoes. Meanwhile, Kardashian opted for a blue look, including a long-sleeved corset bodysuit with cutout details on the sleeves and light-wash jeans. She finished off the ensemble with silver heels.
The outing was particularly special for Kardashian, who serves as a producer on The Fear of 13. Starring Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson, the play tells the true story of Nick Yarris, a man who spent more than two decades on death row after he was wrongfully convicted of a murder. The subject is near and dear to Kardashian's heart, as she has long advocated for criminal justice reform.
Us Weeklyconfirmed Kardashian and Hamilton's romance in February, with a source sharing that they had been "on a few dates" and were keeping things "casual."
"She has felt ready to put herself back out there recently," the insider exclusively told Us of Kardashian, who divorced Kanye West in 2022. (The exes share kids North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6.)
Later that month, Kardashian and Hamilton - who were friends for more than a decade before their connection turned romantic - were spotted together at Super Bowl LX. The pair have since traveled to the U.K., Tokyo and Malibu, where they were seen kissing in the ocean.
In April, Kardashian appeared in the passenger seat of a Ferrari as Hamilton sat behind the wheel in a video shared via the race car driver's Instagram.
"That's insane," Kardashian said with a smile in the clip.
Kardashian and Hamilton were later spotted linking arms at Justin Bieber's headlining Coachella set in Indio, California. Hamilton made a rare appearance on his girlfriend's Instagram page as she shared photos from the music festival.
Another source exclusively told Us in March that Hamilton and Kardashian are "going strong and really happy."
"Lewis is head over heels, and those closest to him believe he has finally met his match," the insider said. "He has waited over a decade for his dream girl and is crazy about her."
Despite Hamilton's busy F1 schedule, the insider added that he and Kardashian are "both very committed to making things work."
"Because their relationship started with a friendship first, those closest to them believe this could be endgame for them both," the source concluded.
