Jennifer Lopez Relists Former Marital Home With Ben Affleck for $50 Million

Jennifer Lopez is ready to say farewell to the marital home she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck - again.

Us Weekly can confirm Lopez, 56, has relisted the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck, 53, for nearly $50 million. (The pair originally listed the 38,000-square-foot property for $68 million in August 2024 after purchasing the property for $60 million in June 2023.)

According to online listings, the lucky new owner will be able to enjoy 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

A 12-car garage is paired with additional parking capable of accommodating up to 80 vehicles, while an indoor sports complex offers the future homeowner a basketball and pickleball court, a full gym, lounge and bar.

With summer quickly approaching, whoever signs on the dotted line can also enjoy a zero-edge pool and stunning views of the Los Angeles hills as the sun sets.

According to TMZ, who first broke the news, Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing.

In April, Us confirmed that Affleckhanded over his portion of the interest on the Beverly Hills property he previously bought with Lopez, meaning the pop star now owns the mansion outright..

According to court documents obtained by Us, the exes modified their property settlement agreement from their divorce.

"The parties shall be responsible for any taxes arising from the transactions/transfers," the docs state. "The parties agree that the transactions/transfers shall constitute a transfer of property among spouses incident to divorce for federal income tax purposes."

Affleck and Lopez - who were married from 2022 to 2024 - bought the residence for $60 million in June 2023. Us confirmed the next year that the pair put the house on the market amid their divorce.

After the property stayed on the market for several months, a source exclusively revealed to Us that Affleck and Lopez disagreed about the appropriate next steps.

"Jennifer thinks they can get more money for the home, so she wants to keep the price as is," a source shared in April 2025. "But the real estate market is not there and it's not selling."

As for Affleck, he appeared ready to sell regardless of what the final offer and even if it meant taking a financial loss.

"Ben wants to get rid of it because their divorce is over and he wants to cut all ties and have it be done," the source explained. "He just wants it over and to sell it. He wants to reduce the price."
