Pop sensation Shawn Mendes announced he was canceling the rest of his world tour, including a Sept. 26 concert at Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center. The Grammy winner cited his mental health in a message on his social media accounts.

“It has become more clear that I need to take the time I’ve never taken personally, to ground myself and come back stronger,” he wrote.

The T-Mobile Center website includes no information on how ticket holders can get refunds. Typically, refunds are processed automatically through the point of purchase, in this case AXS.com.
