Boulevardia is back in Kansas City for only one day in 2025. Here’s who’s performing
A local music festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a showcase of 40 musicians and DJs who all come from the Kansas City region this summer.
Boulevardia is back at Crown Center on Saturday, June 14, and 2026 comes with a big change. Instead of the two-day festival that music fans are accustomed to, the event will only take place one day.
The headliner for this year’s festival is hip-hop artist Tech N9ne, who co-founded local music label Strange Music in 2000. Newcomer hip-hop artists honestav and indie band The Greeting Committee are also performing during the day.
Keli O’Neill Wenzel, executive producer for Boulevardia, said the festival is proud to showcase local talent.
“This city has such a rich, diverse pool of talent, and the festival is a great platform to put those artists in front of larger crowds — including people who may be discovering them for the first time,” Wenzel said. “Plus, Boulevardia is all about celebrating the best of Kansas City, from the beer to the food to the music, so highlighting local bands just makes sense.”
Officials with Boulevardia did not provide an answer as to why the festival is only one day for 2025,
Festival experiences including the makers market with local vendors, silent disco, and Taps & Tastes event all return for 2025.

How much are tickets for Boulevardia?
Tickets for Boulevardia are $35 for general admission if bought before May 31. The price jumps to $45 after that. VIP passes are available for $100.
Taps & Tastes tickets cost $85 for general admission and $125 for early admission. Purchasers of these tickets get exclusive access to over 40 breweries on tap inside the festival grounds.
Boulevardia security will ask you to put these items back if you bring them with you:
Bottles and cans
Chemicals
Coolers
Fireworks and smoke bombs
Illegal drugs. Marijuana is also not allowed on festival grounds.
Outside food and drinks
Outside lawn chairs or camping chairs
Oversized backpacks, suitcase and large beach bags
Picnic baskets
Skateboards, ice skates or roller shoes.
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts and advertisements
Weapons, such as firearms, knives, pepper spray and stun guns
Other items can be deemed inadmissible by event management and all bags, jackets, purses and guests are subject to search when they enter the event or at any time during the festival.
