Prince fans grieve again amid news that he died of opioid overdose
Prince fans are grieving again over the news that the superstar died last month of an opioid overdose, though many were not surprised to hear it.
The 57-year-old superstar was found dead April 21 at his Minneapolis-area estate.
The Associated Press reported that tests confirm suspicions that opioids played a role in his musician’s death.
Still going to remember #Prince through the way he lived -- his music. Don't remember him for the way he died.

Fans called for empathy for both Prince and others who are dealing with drug problems.
Doesn't change my opinion of Prince at all. Just shows that drug problems can get on top of anyone.

And please, pleaded some fans, don’t judge him.
A lot of people are judging #Prince for taking pain meds but you don't know why his level of pain was. Stop judging

In the end, what a shame, this fan said.
