Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’ out on iTunes as fans fixate on ‘other woman’
Beyoncé released her sixth studio album “Lemonade” on iTunes early Monday morning, tapping into fans’ excitement after a series of music videos for the album first premiered on HBO Saturday night.
Beyoncé’s latest release, in which the singer sings extensively about infidelity and womanhood, was also released on Tidal, the subscription music streaming service which she partially owns.
Though Tidal was quick to promote itself as the only source for Beyoncé’s new album, the New York Times reported it would be released on iTunes later that weekend.
Fans took to Twitter to wait for the album and began tweeting with the hashtag #BuyLEMONADEoniTunes after it was made available:

Fans also responded to lyrics in one of Beyoncé’s new songs, which alluded to a “Becky with the good hair” as the subject of her husband Jay-Z’s alleged cheating. Listeners quickly surmised the song referred to fashion designer Rachel Roy.
Several commented on Roy’s tweets and Instagram photos, including one in which she seemingly referenced the lyrics. But Roy made her Instagram account private after the backlash and rebuked the online trolls with a tweet Sunday afternoon, saying she respects “love, marriages, families and strength”:
I respect love, marriages, families and strength. What shouldn't be tolerated by anyone, no matter what, is bullying, of any kind.

Some even confused Roy with celebrity chef Rachael Ray, leading to harassing tweets on the cook’s innocuous Instagram posts and tweets:
A few commenters valiantly tried to set the record straight, posting, “You're on the wrong page!”
