Headed to Kelce Jam? Here’s what you need to know about getting to Azura Amphitheater
Music fans headed to Kelce Jam music festival and other events at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs will be faced with changes to the flow of traffic in the area, police announced.
North 130th Street at Kansas 7 highway will close before events to all through traffic, requiring those attending events to enter the open-air venue from State Avenue. The street will remain closed throughout and immediately after events, police said.
From State Avenue, general admission traffic will enter the venue via North 130th or North 126th streets. VIP traffic, drop-offs and ride-shares will enter the VIP parking lot from State Avenue also.
Bonner Springs police made the traffic flow changes in conjunction with Kansas City, Kansas, police and amphitheater staff and it will be used for all future events.
The Kelce Jam music festival, hosted by Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce, begins at 6 p.m. Friday and features performances by Machine Gun Kelly, Loud Luxury, Rick Ross and Tech N9ne. Kelce timed the music festival to coincide with the NFL Draft in Kansas City.
