Tiffany Trump serves as flower girl in quirky Vegas wedding
The flower girl at this wedding wore a sexy mini-dress and stilettos, sprinkled flower petals on the floor out of a Tiffany & Co. blue gift bag and brought the Secret Service with her.
Her name was Tiffany Trump.
The First Daughter was in Las Vegas over the weekend where she helped two society friends get married at A Little White Wedding Chapel in a ceremony steeped in quirk. (The maid of honor wore jean shorts.)
The groom was Peter Cary “PC” Peterson, one of the stars of Bravo’s one-season reality show, “NYC Prep” and grandson of Pete Peterson, co-founder of Blackstone private equity firm.
The bride was socialite Quentin Esme Brown, daughter of real estate developer Harry Joe Brown Jr. and granddaughter of Hollywood mogul Harry Joe Brown.
According to the bride’s Instagram post about her wedding, she is not romantically involved with the groom. They are, in fact, dating other people, she says.
“Unconventional, yet unconditional. Married to my best friend. My soulmate. The person who never turned his back on me and vice versa. We have one life. Free yourself! P.S. We have never had sex. It’s pure friendship,” wrote Brown, who wore a white bride’s veil with her black cropped top and black skirt.
Brown told well-wishers that she and Peterson had “a progressive committment to each other” and that, no, she’s not pregnant.
“Well it will be turkey baster style if ever. I do hope to adopt one day,” she told one Instagram well-wisher.
A shotgun wedding without the baby?
W magazine noted that instead of being memorialized in the Vows column of The New York Times - as any self-respecting society wedding would be - the bride posted screenshots of her iPhone notes insisting that she and her friends were not drunk when they planned the ceremony.
“Yes, it was in Vegas and planned that day... but it was also planned sober over breakfast and had been a plan developing between Peter Cary and I for over a decade,” she wrote.
“He has always been my soulmate in every sense of the word and we felt mutually that Vegas was the place to finalize our commitment to partnership: a) because we were amongst close friends and b) because we love to have a little bit of a laugh.”
Trump and her friends appear to have been in Vegas to celebrate the birthday of one of her best pals, socialite and Just Drew designer Andrew Warren, who is often at Trump’s side when the paparazzi are around.
The Secret Service agents who watched over Trump at the wedding appeared dumbfounded, The New York Post reported.
