The Cauldron upped the ante on its tifo game on Sunday.
Sporting Kansas City’s supporters section propped up a larger-than-life size rendering of Night’s King from “Game of Thrones” before the club took on the LA Galaxy at Children’s Mercy Park.
Appropriately, the venue’s catch phrase — “Welcome to the Blue Hell” — was draped behind it.
The Cauldron, which occupies the seating on the north side of the stadium, regularly showcases tifos before matches, as do members of the south stand sections.

This one perhaps took perhaps a bit more work to construct. The Cauldron estimated it required 325 hours of labor over nearly three weeks from start to completion. And it connected pulleys to the roof of the stadium in order to display the TV show character vertically, directly behind the north goal.
Well worth the time, if you ask us.
