The Comets, who trailed 10-2 before rallying for a 12-10 win on Dec. 9, fell behind 10-6 after the third quarter on Friday. Missouri cut the lead to 12-9 at one point, but Baltimore never wavered.
Newly signed midfielder Tiguinho led the Comets with five points, but they missed the services Byron Alvarez and Brian Harris. Both didn't play in the game.
Missouri dropped to 7-4 on the season while Baltimore improved to 6-3.
