Firehouse Subs deal... changesApparently, too many people have been enjoying the Put out the Fire deal at Firehouse Subs. So many that, Firehouse and Sporting Kansas City have made some slight tweaks.
While the deal is essentially in place (free subs after a Chicago Fire loss), you will have to print out a coupon from Sporting KC's Facebook page to redeem the free sub. And you can only get it between 4-7 p.m.
Gosh, who didn't see this coming? After three days now of giving out free subs to Sporting KC fans, Firehouse is now trying to stop the flow of free by placing some restrictions on the offer.
I don't blame Firehouse either. They didn't know that Chicago would turn into the Pittsburgh Pirates after starting this deal.
New England gets a shirt sponsor
Starting tomorrow, the Revolution will have a shirt sponsor:United Healthcare.
It is the first sponsor in New England's 16-year history.
When will Kansas City get a kit sponsor? I seem to remember someone within the Sporting organization saying a shirt sponsor was in the works.
