Question: Who should take over for Bunbury while he's out?

With news reports now pegging Teal Bunbury's recovery at 4-to-6 weeks, there's a possibility that the young striker won't be fit enough to see the field for the team's First Kick against Chivas USA on March 19 (less than a month away, by the way). It also puts him in doubt for the March 26 trip to Chicago.

He figured to be a rather important part of this team, likely a starter in some capacity alongside Omar Bravo.

To compound the situation, the likely starter at left wing, Ryan Smith, has yet to play this preseason while he recovers from a knee injury. Head coach Peter Vermes hasn't said officially that he'll stick with the 4-3-3 formation he installed last year and, given these two injuries, there's a good chance he might experiment with a more basic 4-4-2 at least to start with. (I've got my thoughts on the team's formation coming up tomorrow.)

If the team goes that direction, who do you think is the best candidate to play alongside Bravo? 2010 leading scorer Kei Kamara (who would move in from the right wing to forward)? Last year's surprising goal-threat Birahim Diop? The team's first-round draft pick, C.J. Sapong? Or does the team go with just Bravo at top and surround him with wingers?
