The Full 90

The Morning Kickoff: Happy Draft Day Everyone

Before we jump head-long into a draft-heavy kickoff, a few items Sporting Kansas City fans might want to add to their calendars.

First, Sporting KC president Robb Heineman will be a featured guest on KCPT's cultural affairs program, The Local Show, tonight at 7:30 p.m. (KCPT is channel 19.) It is expected that Heineman will preview what lies ahead for the team and its new stadium.

Also tonight, there's a going away part for departing stalwart Jimmy Conrad at the 810 Zone on the Plaza. There will be a raffle that benefits the Child Protection Center.

Check it out.
