MISL, Comets release schedule for '10-11 season

The Missouri Comets and the Major Indoor Soccer League released their schedule for the 2010-11 season, with the season kicking off in Kansas City on Nov. 12. The regular season will conclude on Sunday, March 13.

The MISL will consist of five member clubs: the Baltimore Blast, Chicago Riot, Milwaukee Wave, Missouri Comets and Omaha Vipers. At the conclusion of the regular season, the top three teams will qualify for the postseason. The second- and third-place teams will square-off in a home-and-home Semifinal series with the winner advancing to battle the top seed. The top seed will receive a bye in the opening round and will host the Championship Game.

All games, with one exception, will be played on the weekend. Every Comets game will take place at the Independence Events Center.

Here are the home dates for the Comets.

Friday, Nov. 12: vs. Milwaukee Wave, 7:35 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 19: vs. Omaha Vipers, 7:35 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 19: vs. Chicago Riot, 3:10 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 29: vs. Baltimore Blast, 7:35 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 7: vs. Chicago Riot, 7:35 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 16: vs. Omaha, 3:10 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 22: vs. Baltimore, 7:35 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 28: vs. Milwaukee, 7:35 p.m

Sunday, Feb. 20: vs. Chicago, 3:10 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 25: vs. Omaha, 7:35 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 26: PREMIUM GAME, 7:35 p.m.*

Sunday, March 6: vs. Chicago, 3:10 p.m.
