The inactive list for the Chiefs and Patriots was newsworthy for who was not on it.

Players who had been listed as questionable this week are active. Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, who sustained a high ankle sprain last week against the Houston Texans, is active. So is Patriots’ tight end Rob Gronkowski, who has been dealing with knee and back injuries.

Inactive for the Chiefs: offensive linemen Mitch Morse and Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, quarterback Aaron Murray, cornerback Ramik Wilson and defensive linemen David King and Rakeem Nunez-Roches.

Inactive for the Patriots: wide receiver Chris Harper, defensive back Tavon Wilson, linebacker Jonathan Bostic, offensive linemen Tre Jackson and LaAdrian Waddle and defensive linemen Ishmaa’ily Kitchen and Geneo Grissom.
