The Chiefs will hold their 50th annual Toys for Tots collection before their game against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

All toys will be collected at the stadium entrances by Marines. Gates at the Scout Investments Club level will open at 9:30 a.m. with the remaining gates opening at 10:30 a.m. The game, which is also the Chiefs’ annual military tribute, will start at noon.

Cash or checks made payable to “Toys for Tots” will also be collected at the stadium gates. Monetary contributions can also be made online at chiefs.com/toysfortots.

Last season, the Marines collected more than 1,000 toys and nearly $11,000 in donations from Chiefs fans.

“We are proud to partner with the U.S. Marine Corps for our 50th annual Toys for Tots donation event at Arrowhead to provide toys for area children in need this holiday season,” Chiefs president Mark Donovan said in a release. “We are grateful for all the Marines do in not only serving our country, but our community as well. Chiefs Kingdom provided an incredibly generous donation last year, and we are eager to exceed that amount in 2015.”
