The Chiefs didn’t have an injury update Saturday for outside linebacker Dee Ford, who never saw the shot he took in the ribs from Seattle running Christine Michael in second quarter of the Chiefs’ 14-13 preseason victory Friday at Arrowhead Stadium.

But Ford did.

On his Twitter account, @dee_ford, Ford sent out this message around 11 a.m. Saturday “#ChiefsKingdom I’m all good.”

As for offensive linemen Jeff Fisher and Eric Allen, who missed Friday’s game, prognosis for Friday’s game against the Tennessee Titans at Arrowhead Stadium isn’t good.

Returning this week “would be a stretch,” Chiefs coach Andy Reid said.
