Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was one of the team's seven inactive players Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
Charles, who suffered a high-ankle sprain last week against the Denver Broncos, practiced Thursday and Friday. Chiefs coach Andy Reid didn't give a timetable on Charles' return, but high-ankle sprains are known to linger, and Charles was listed as questionable for Sunday's game.
The other Chiefs who will not play include quarterback Aaron Murray, receiver Albert Wilson, running back De'Anthony Thonas, safety Eric Berry, guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif and defensive end Damion Square.
